When a friend found out I was having mattress problems and lack of sleep she recommended I try the 3 inch mattress topper. Because she is a QA person for a hotel chain, her word was all I needed. I put the topper on my bed on Monday. I am not getting out of bed as often and sleeping better but it didn't dawn on me until 3 days later that I actually had a LOT more energy during the day. And here I thought getting older was causing my lack of energy. If you are having sleep problems related to an old or poorly designed mattress/box spring, I highly recommend this mattress topper.

The item arrived rolled up in what looked like Saran wrap and a garbage bag - not sure if this was a returned item that I received. I was willing to overlook the cheap, haphazard packaging, until I placed the pad on my bed and it was too big. Considering that I spent $70 on this item, cutting it to make it work didn't seem worth it. So I am returning it. On the upside, the pad was firm and seemed like it would have worked to improve my sagging mattress.

The foam I received was almost 10 inches to short. Recovery time is very slow. This is just a piece of foam to small for my full size guest bed.
