i used this solder station everyday never fails.adjustable temperature control best on electronic boards,minor soldering of small gage electrical wires and repairs.

Having bought a cheapo Radio Shack Iron, this one came as a realif. Very easy to use and a nice temperature setting. The only downside to this item is the socket that connects the iron to the soldering station, it is very cheap, loose and looks it would break easily.

Product shipped on time. Easy to assemble and use. Heats up very quickly. The temperature adjustment with the digital readout is a nice feature. You quickly learn what the best setting is for your work. The cord for the iron is over 3 feet long, the advertised picture makes the cord look short. I would recommend this product.
