The hardware that comes with this bike is very bad as many others have pointed out. I was able to get both of my clamps installed but the plastic washers provided for the handlebar/front wheel pivot point are simply too big to fit into the shaft. I will have to grind them down with a dremel tool to get them to fit.

We opened the box on Christmas Eve to put this together. It came out of the box broken. The tires are plastic, not rubber like you'd expect and the seat won't stay up when my daughter rides it.

My son rode the bike for 5 minutes and the back wheel locked up. Had to take it to a bike shop to repair it and it still does not spin as well as the front wheel does. The shop said the bike is not a quality bike. I agree, it is made cheaply and looks that way also. Very disappointed in the bike.
